Lemon Basil Pasta

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Gold n Soft® Margarine
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper, ground
  • 12 ounces linguine pasta, cooked
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
Directions:

In saucepan add Gold n Soft® Margarine and garlic. Cook over medium heat (about 2 Minutes) until garlic is soft.

Add mustard, lemon juice, 1 Tbsp. fresh basil, parsley, and pepper and heat until the entire mixture is hot.

Add cooked hot pasta and toss with lemon mustard mixture.

Garnish with additional chopped basil: serve immediately
