White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Cookies

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Gold n Soft® Margarine
  • 2-1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º F.

Stir together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In separate mixing bowl, cream together Gold n Soft® Margarine, and sugars, beating until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.

Add dry ingredients to blended mixture, beating until well combined. Stir in white chocolate chips and nuts. Drop teaspoons-sized dough onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake for 8-10 minutes.
