Beat eggs with the sugar and cooled melted Gold n Soft. Sift flour with salt and cinamon. Separately, add baking soda to the mango pulp.Add mango pulp to the egg mixture, mix well. While mixing add flour,nuts and raisins. Pour on greased 10" round mold. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
Serve with powdered sugar, slices of fresh mango.
You can purchase frozen mango pulp at many supermarkets. You can substitute mango with papaya or peach.
